I am Cecil Starcher, retired from the work-a-day world at the age of 63. Having been around for a few years I've learned some and have been exposed to even more. My love of history and interest in government and politics keeps me with one eye on C-Span and the other on the idiots at FOX cable news. I have lately taken a liking to MSNBC; "Morning Joe" in particular, and a dislike of Wolfe Blitzer's fumbling presence reporting the election results on CNN. Now Robin Meade on CNN Headline News is another matter all together.
I'm a avid collector especially encased coins, "lucky pennies" to most. In 2004 I founded the Encased Collectors International an Internet only club open to all like minded collectors dues free. Currently we have over 465 members from around the world. There is much more; but I'll leave that for another time.
